Eric Lee is an attorney in the Cross-Border Practice Group of Ogletree Deakins and is based in the firm’s New York City office. As a full-time member of the group, Eric is part of a growing team of attorneys, which handles employment-law matters worldwide. He advises multinational clients on all areas of managing international workforces, international corporate transactions, and corporate governance matters in connection with conducting business abroad.
Eric is bilingual in English and Korean, and while he generally focuses his practice in the Asia-Pacific region, he counsels clients with cross-border operations in Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He also actively participates in managing the firm’s “Global Solutions” content series.
On the domestic side, Eric has experience in all facets of workplace-related prosecution and defense litigation in federal and state courts including cases involving wage and hour laws, Title VII, and other anti-discrimination laws.
