Ms. Mather is an associate in the Raleigh office and a member of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice group. She focuses her practice on the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in restructuring and insolvency matters, including in chapter 11 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Mather represents creditors in numerous contexts in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and regularly advises servicers, lenders, and other financial institutions in connection with consumer bankruptcy practices and regulatory compliance.
