Emily is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Emily focuses her practice on defending and representing employers against claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate, as well as various Labor Code wage and hour claims. She has extensive experience responding to charges brought before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, representing employers in administrative hearings, resolving matters pre-litigation, as well as litigating claims in both state and federal courts.
