Emily Grande Stearns is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Stearns has a background representing clients in the agriculture, food, and energy industries in commercial disputes in state and federal courts around the country. Ms. Stearns has experience arguing motions in state and federal court, conducting and defending depositions, and managing complex commercial cases. Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Ms. Stearns was an associate at the firm of Stoel Rives LLP. Before that, she clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Franklin L. Noel in the District of Minnesota.
