Eftiola Greco is an associate in Miller Canfield's Employment and Labor Group. She focuses her practice on management-side labor and employment counseling and litigation.
Eftiola represents a variety of individual, commercial and governmental clients at the trial level in state and federal court. She also regularly assists clients in drafting employee handbooks and human resource policies, advises and represents employers in collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.
Eftiola began her career with the City of Detroit, starting as an assistant corporation counsel and rising to senior policy advisor to the Detroit City Council. During her time with the city, she provided legal guidance to the City Council and litigated matters concerning commercial, municipal, and governmental immunity issues.
