Ebony Ray is a law clerk in the Labor & Employment Law Department. Ebony handles a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including federal and state litigations, arbitrations, labor-management relations and collective bargaining, along with class actions and employment discrimination.
While attending Cornell Law School, she served as articles editor and symposium editor on the International Law Journal. Ebony was also a teaching assistant at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations for the class Labor and Employment Law, taught by a former U.S. Deputy Secretary of Labor.
Prior to law school, Ebony was an employment law contract administrator for the Madison Square Garden Company. During her tenure, she worked on a variety of employment matters, including employment contracts and separation agreements, internal investigations, employee performance initiatives, and employment policies and handbooks.
