Dylan is an Associate in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring group.

Dylan advises companies in various business and financial restructuring matters and regularly counsels companies in navigating the chapter 11 process and on related risks in corporate and debt financing transactions. 

Previous Work

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Wayne Johnson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Prior to this clerkship, Dylan served as an International Tax Associate for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP.

Life Beyond the Law

Dylan volunteers as a youth basketball coach, and is interested in philosophy, literature, fashion, and sports.
