Dimitrije Canic is a litigator whose practice concentrates on clients in the life, annuity, and retirement solutions industry. He has experience in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and in class action litigation.
During law school, Dimitrije served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and to the Honorable Carroll J. Kelly of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was also the managing editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and was a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. He is fluent in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, and Montenegrin.
