Diana is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the San Francisco office.
Given her unique professional skills on US and Italian matters, her practice focuses primarily on advising Italian clients in connection with capital-raising transactions, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, and public offerings. Areas of concentration also include private placements and venture capital financing.
Prior to join the firm, Diana gained experience working at an international law firm in Milan, Italy, where she specialized in banking and finance law.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of the State of California.
