Ms. Share represents employers in all aspects of federal and state employment litigation. She has represented employers in lawsuits related to discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, breach of contract, and unlawful termination. She also routinely provides employment-related counseling and advice, as well as training, to management clients.
Prior to Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Share worked at a regional law firm in New Jersey, with an emphasis on labor and employment litigation and counseling. There, she also conducted independent investigations for employers regarding employment-related claims in their workplaces.
