David Wang is an associate and a member of the firm’s Environment, Land, and Natural Resources practice group. His experience includes advising and representing municipal corporations, project developers, and utilities on federal, state, and local regulatory and policy matters, including climate and sustainability regulations, emissions rules, and qualification for tax credits. He has also drafted administrative and appellate pleadings in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission proceedings related to tariff revisions, transmission facility cost allocations, and compliance with federal environmental laws.
