David Gingold is a corporate and securities lawyer whose practice is concentrated in structured finance, derivatives, and securitization. He has a wide range of experience representing underwriters, issuers, collateral managers, investors, loan sellers, and swap providers in various types of public and private securities offerings and structured finance transactions. Along with representing clients in connection with debt and equity offerings, David provides clients with advice regarding the structuring, ongoing operation and liquidation of various types of public and private securitizations, including cash, synthetic, commercial real estate-backed and hybrid collateralized debt obligations, collateralized loan obligations, repackagings, and fixed and floating rate commercial mortgage securitizations. In particular, David regularly represents a major investment bank with respect to liquidating CLOs, ABS CDOs and other types of structured financings.
