David “Dave” Wagner is a counsel attorney in the Denver office of Ogletree Deakins. Dave focuses his practice on business immigration and represents clients in a wide-range of immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, such as investors, managers, executives, performers, and professionals. In his practice he has worked with start-up companies to multinational companies employing hundreds of employees. Dave has also successfully represented clients in cases with complex adjustment of status and naturalization matters.

Previously, Dave gained extensive experience with family-based immigration, successfully representing clients in removal proceedings, immigrant and non-immigrant waivers of inadmissibility, and counseling clients and preparing filings for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Dave also has experience representing clients in federal lawsuits against federal administrative agencies, including writ of mandamus, declaratory judgment and other actions.
