Dana S. Armagno is a shareholder at Vedder Price P.C. and a member of the firm’s Finance and Transactions Group, which consists of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate securities and general corporate practices. Ms. Armagno joined the firm in 1995 and was elevated to shareholder status in 2000. Ms. Armagno counsels clients in a variety of corporate and finance matters.
