Courtney R. Foley is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Boston office. She represents clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts and advises clients on electronic discovery and records retention. She focuses on complex commercial litigation and has experience litigating breach of contract, trademark infringement, civil rights, wrongful death, eminent domain, unfair or deceptive business practices, employment matters, and class actions. In addition, Courtney is dedicated to her pro bono practice and received Greenberg Traurig’s Pro Bono Associate of the Year Award in 2021 for her representation of a mother and daughter seeking asylum in the United States.
