Colin's representative litigation experience includes claims for breach of contract, fraud, breach of representations and warranties, and violation of federal environmental statutes like the Clean Air Act and CERCLA.
In regards to real estate clients, he has handled a wide variety of disputes, including conflicts over land-use, development, and disputes between surface and mineral owners. Many of Colin's cases involve coordination between litigation strategy, public relations, and governmental relations. In that context, Colin has appeared before, or coordinated with, government entities from local city councils to federal agencies.
