Cole is an associate at Varnum. He is skilled in drafting legal memos, client advisories, legal filings and contractual agreements to support the Labor and Employment practice team.
Prior to joining Varnum, Cole served as a corporate counsel extern assisting senior counsel with corporate, employment, intellectual property, real estate, human resources and contractual matters. He also interned in the narcotics division at the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office where he conducted research, drafted motions, prepared case briefs and performed preliminary examinations.
