Claire advises clients on their contractual relationships with their workforce, from hiring employees and reviewing their contractual terms (remuneration, mobility clauses, non-compete covenants, etc.), corporate executives’ status, global mobility (international assignments) to disciplinary issues, dismissals and redundancies and the negotiation of settlement agreements. Claire also advises clients on employment compliance issues, such as reviewing their policies of good conduct, working time organisation or their variable remuneration plans, and on employment matters in connection with corporate transactions (due diligence, social impact of restructurings, etc.). Claire also handles employment-related litigation.
