Chris Young is general counsel at the digital contracting company, Ironclad where he draws on his years of experience as a corporate attorney and public servant to help shape and carry out the strategic vision of the company. As the company’s chief counsel, he is responsible for a broad range of legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Prior to his current role, he spent three years at GoFundMe serving as their general counsel, and worked as a litigator at the San Francisco-based law firms Morrison Foerster and Keker, Van Nest & Peters. He also served as the deputy finance director for Obama for America (2008) and worked in the Obama administration as associate director of intergovernmental affairs at the Department of Justice.
