Caroline Thomas represents employers in state and federal courts and agencies in matters involving labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. She also counsels employers on workplace policies and compliance with applicable state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Caroline clerked for the Honorable K. Nicole Mitchell in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. During law school, she served as chief notes editor of The Review of Litigation, a publication of The University of Texas School of Law.
