Cameron W. Ellis is Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins' Atlanta office. Cam Ellis devotes the majority of his practice to representing federal contractors and subcontractors in compliance evaluations and administrative enforcement actions begun by the United States Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
In particular, Cam counsels employers on the preparation, management, and defense of their affirmative action programs and related matters, including jurisdictional analyses and preventative strategies. He is experienced with investigating and resolving systemic discrimination issues stemming from statistical disparities in hiring and compensation. Cam has litigated numerous claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the DOL’s Office of Administrative Law Judges.
