Caitlin L. O’Fallon is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ New York office. Her practice includes the representation of management in employment litigation matters before state and federal courts, as well as state and federal administrative agencies, and providing preventative advice and counseling.
Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she served as a Senior Associate of the Pace International Law Review. She also participated in the school’s Federal Judicial Honors Program, through which she served as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Cecelia G. Morris, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin work at a national litigation firm. As a member of the firm’s employment team, Caitlin assisted in the defense of employers throughout the United States, including California and Puerto Rico.
