A Law Clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Briana’s experience includes working with retailers, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the firm as a Law Clerk, Briana was a Real Estate Paralegal at Sherin and Lodgen, where she worked closely with the firm’s attorneys, performing due diligence, conducting title, survey, zoning and environmental report reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for complex real estate transactions.
