Brian Hopkins is an associate in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. He is a member of the Policy and Regulatory practice area.
Prior to joining the firm Brian served as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he researched laws and regulations that prevent installation of untrusted 5G hardware, and drafted a twelve-page report outlining successful measures to prevent this. Brian also previously worked as a program development coordinator, and researched academic publications and public programming to identify subject-matter experts to speak with members of congress at bi-weekly seminars and annual international conferences. He also drafted background material and edited several scholar essays for a report published for each conference.
