Professional Biography

Brazitte’s practice extends across the litigation and counseling aspects of employment law. On the litigation side, Brazitte defends employers of all sizes against allegations of harassment and discrimination under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment act of 1967 (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and related state laws. On the counseling side, Brazitte advises clients on complex human resources issues that arise on a daily basis in the workplace. To that end, Brazitte develops and presents employee and management training related to all aspects of employment and labor relations with the goals of enhancing employee-management communication, minimizing liability, and avoiding litigation.

Brazitte also has a special interest in helping clients overcome the challenges presented by the ever-changing legal landscapes regarding drug testing and legalization of marijuana.
