Mr. Strey represents individuals, companies, and employers in all phases of employment claims and provides advice for employment-related matters in pre-litigation situations. Mr. Strey has experience defending and advising clients in Texas and Federal Court in pre-suit settings, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and through the completion of trial. Mr. Strey advises clients in the investigation and resolution stages cooperating with OSHA, MSHA, and EEOC investigations of workplace-related incidents. Mr. Strey also defends clients involving allegations of Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Chapter 451 of the Texas Labor Code.
Mr. Strey was born in San Antonio, Texas and raised in Saint Hedwig, Texas. Mr. Strey is a first generation college graduate whose parents instilled the values of hard work, honest dealings, and the importance of building relationships based on the principles of openness and honesty. Mr. Strey is married with two children and resides in San Antonio, Texas.
