Brad Bobroff is a senior associate in the Litigation Department. He is an experienced counselor, litigator and trial lawyer whose broad practice involves a wide variety of complex, high-stakes commercial and fiduciary litigation matters. He represents public and private companies and high-net-worth individuals, most often in state or federal courts in New York, Delaware and Florida, and before domestic and international arbitration panels.
Brad typically handles matters involving contract disputes, fraud, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, disputes between and among trust beneficiaries and trustees, intellectual property disputes and professional negligence claims. He has extensive litigation and arbitration experience at all stages of the legal process, including strategy development, investigations, discovery, substantive and procedural motions, and representing clients at mediation, in settlement negotiations and at trial. In addition, clients often call upon him to serve as outside general counsel, a role in which he is known for providing pragmatic and sound advice.
