Ben Squires is a partner in our Corporate Practice based in London, having recently joined from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Ben advises on all aspects of corporate work and has a particular specialism in private equity.
Ben acts for private equity firms on M&A transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, take privates, secondary sales, GP-led secondary transactions, joint ventures and management incentive plans. He also advises corporates on a wide range of matters, including M&A, group reorganisations, carve-outs and general corporate advisory issues.
