Ashlee Williams handles employment-related litigation matters and provides counseling to human resources staff and in-house counsel for diverse companies on various employment-related issues and policies, including equal employment opportunity (EEO), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance programs (OFCCP) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance; employee handbooks and policies; EEO training; workplace investigations; and terminations/separations.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Ashlee worked in the office of the general counsel for a major research university, where she gained experience in employment law and a range of other matters.
