A Managing Director with our In-House Counsel Recruiting team, Anne Miller assists organizations of varying sizes and in a multitude of industries with identifying legal talent for their legal teams. Her twelve plus years of recruiting within the legal industry has made Anne a go-to resource for legal teams looking to grow, become more efficient or excel. She dives into every relationship with both feet, getting to know her clients and candidates intimately and matching the best talent for her clients with candidates that excel in their field.
Anne lives in Atlanta with her husband, Paul, and has three adult children. She has been part of and a volunteer of the Atlanta community for 30 years.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Anne was the Director of Attorney Placement at an Atlanta-based boutique legal search firm. There she cultivated and managed relationships with law firms, companies and candidates throughout the lifecycle of the recruiting process and placement. She previously held various senior roles at Bank of America and its predecessors, most recently serving as a project manager for key strategic corporate initiatives.
