Anna is an associate in the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. She has experience defending employers through all stages of litigation, as well as significant experience in counseling employers through pre-litigation disputes with employees. Anna’s experience includes litigating a wide variety of employment claims under California and federal law, including trade secrets, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She also has significant experience in defending wage-and-hour class actions, covering claims such as meal and rest period violations, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims. Anna’s employment law practice involves all stages of litigation, from engaging in extensive written discovery, to drafting and arguing dispositive motions before state and federal courts. She also regularly participates in the defense of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims filed with state and federal administrative agencies.
During law school, Anna externed for the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She was an active participant in the Mock Trial program, and traveled throughout California and the west coast participating in mock trial competitions against law schools across the country.
Anna was awarded the Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, for International Intellectual Property, and Mediation.
