Anna Gryska focuses her practice on energy-related corporate and securities matters, including corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and business law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Anna was a judicial intern to Justice Jeffrey V. Brown in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals and an intern to Senator John Cornyn. Additionally, Anna gained valuable insight as a law clerk to a regional firm where she worked on a range of topics, including oil and gas law and business formation. Prior to earning her J.D., Anna worked for a national title company researching and analyzing title documents and chaining land interests.
