Angela has experience in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, employee benefit plan governance and executive compensation matters. She has provided guidance to health and welfare plan sponsors on compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She also has advised on the design, operation and administration of tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
