Andrew represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitration. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, including class actions and multidistrict litigation, involving antitrust, employment, and contract matters. His clients have ranged from automakers, cruise lines, and multinational investment banks to real estate investors, government entities, and hedge funds.
In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew advises corporate clients on a variety of antitrust-related matters. These generally involve counseling parties contemplating merger and acquisition activity on antitrust-related deal risks and terms, guiding transactions through antitrust regulatory reviews in the United States and abroad, advising corporate clients on distribution and marketing arrangements, pricing policies, joint ventures, and interactions with competitors and trade associations, and assisting general counsel on the development of internal corporate compliance policies.
