Andrea Otaola is an associate in our Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Digital Assets Practice based in our Brussels office. She focuses her practice on existing EU and national privacy, cybersecurity and data laws, such as the GDPR, the Cybersecurity Act, and the NIS Directive. Andrea also focuses on upcoming developments, such as the ePrivacy Regulation, the AI Act and the NIS 2.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked as an associate in an international law firm in Brussels and completed her legal internships both as an in-house trainee of an international telecommunications company and as a trainee in an international law firm in Spain.
