Andrea Roberts has substantial experience representing financial institutions in consumer financial services litigation and compliance and regulatory matters. Andrea represents clients in various litigation matters in both federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Andrea has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery and motion practice, trials, and traverse hearings.
As a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group, Andrea works on a variety of consumer financial services litigation matters, including quiet title, bankruptcy, and violations of consumer protection statutes, including TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, as well as a variety of common law claims.
Andrea also advises clients on federal and state mortgage banking and financial services laws.
While in law school, Andrea was a member of the Pace International Law Review, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Anita Florio of the New York Supreme Court, Second Department.
