Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Anand was the Asia/Pacific Commercial Contracts Manager for the legal department of Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX. In this position, he drafted and negotiated complex long-term service agreements, commercial support documents, and new sales proposals for existing and prospective international commercial airline customers, consisting of substantive deal terms and specific legal language. Before that, Anand worked as a program manager, negotiating commercial terms and technical details of engineering change proposals, creating a standardized documentation process for a key supplier, identifying supplier noncompliance with specifications and pursuing contractual remedies.
During his undergraduate education, Anand interned in an engineering capacity for a number of notable firms in the manufacturing and construction sectors.
