With a focus on business and commercial disputes, Allison routinely drafts vital court documents such as briefs, motions for summary judgment, default judgment, and injunctive relief, and manages discovery for a range of state and federal cases.
Allison developed and expanded her skills with research, hearing preparation, and drafting memos, writs and opinions in the course of her judicial clerkships. She assisted with matters ranging from commercial contract disputes to commercial and securities litigation, and from employment-related civil rights claims to conversion of property disputes. In addition, Allison handled pro se filings by state and federal prisoners.
