Alina M. Salo is an associate in the Portland, Oregon, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is an experienced litigator and represents employers in a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, tort, and contract claims.
After law school, Alina gained valuable experience practicing civil litigation, largely in employment cases. Alina has advised clients on employment law-related matters, including handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contract claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
While attending law school, Alina was the online content editor of the Oregon Law Review and she was selected for the Maxine Lee Award for editorial excellence. As a research assistant at the University of Oregon School of Law, Alina assisted with editing Employment Discrimination and Employment Law, 5th Ed. 2016.
