Aimee Blanchard Parsons’ practice focuses on defending employers in state and federal court against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secret, restrictive covenant, and wage and hour claims. She also represents employers in pre-litigation matters before state and federal administrative agencies. Ms. Parsons advises employers regarding workplace policies and procedures and compliance with applicable state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations. Additionally, Ms. Parsons conducts trainings on harassment, retaliation, employee leave issues and other related employment law topics.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Ms. Parsons worked as a prosecutor with the Travis County Attorney’s Office, trying more than twenty jury trials during her two years as an Assistant County Attorney. She then practiced in both New Hampshire and Texas, representing plaintiffs and defendants in employment law matters and general commercial litigation.
