The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

• Majestic Mississippi, LLC d/b/a Fitz Casino & Hotel Tunica as an Operator

PROPOSED RULE ADOPTION

Notice of Proposed Rule Adoption – Public Notice – 13 Mississippi Administrative Code Pt. 3, R. 12.16. The Commission approved the recommendation to accept public comment for 25 days.
