On May 17, 2011, a new Section 337 Complaint was filed on behalf of CSP Technologies Inc. regarding flip-top vials. The proposed respondents are: Sud-Chemie AG, of Germany; Sud-Chemie, Inc., of Louisville, KY; and Airsec S.A.S, of France.
