December 20 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved licenses for the following:

• New Palace Casino, L.L.C. d/b/a Palace Casino Resort as an operator.

• Real Time Fantasy Sports Incorporated as a fantasy contest operator.

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

• Roger W. Devlin, Chairman of William Hill PLC

• Adam Chibib, Director, AGS, LLC

• Gerald J. Del Prete, Senior Vice President Gaming, Fertitta Entertainment, parent company of Gaming Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi d/b/a Golden Nugget Biloxi Hotel and Casino

WORK PERMITS

The Commission approved the recommendation of the Executive Director to accept the hearing officer’s decisions with respect to the following:

• Jennie Catchings

• Jason Foesch
