The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Franc Lee (via Zoom), Commissioner Kent Nicaud and Commissioner Jeremy Felder were all in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of a license to the following:

• Japan Cash Machine Co., Ltd., as a Manufacturer
• JCM American Corporation, as a Manufacturer and Distributor
• SW Gaming LLC, as an Operator

AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS

The Commission approved the publication of notice of proposed amendments to the regulations. Public comment may be provided to the Commission for a period of 25 days following publication of notice. The proposed amendments will be made available when notice is filed with the Mississippi Secretary of State.
