The Department of State (DOS) February 2022 Visa Bulletin will move forward six months for EB-2 India and about one month for EB-2 China.
In the EB-1 category, all countries will remain current in February. Similarly, in the EB-2 category, all countries with the exceptions of India and China will remain current. In the EB-2 category’s Final Action Chart, India will progress by six months to Jan. 1, 2013, and China will progress by five weeks to March 1, 2019.
In the EB-3 category, all countries with the exceptions of India and China will remain current in February. For EB-3 India and China, there will be movement only in the EB-3 China Other Workers category, which will advance by one month to April 1, 2012, in the Final Action Chart.
