On May 28, 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) issued updated technical guidance regarding COVID-19 vaccinations consistent with federal civil rights laws enforced by the EEOC. The EEOC technical guidance states that “[a]nalysis of how it applies in any specific instance should be conducted on an individualized basis.”
