Insurance policyholder partner Seth D. Lamden authored "Determining the Number of Occurrences in Illinois: Ware Do We Go From Here?," which discusses the manner in which Illinois courts determine how many "per-occurrence" limits or deductibles apply to an insurance claim that involves multiple instances of bodily injury or property damage.  The article also discusses the most recent Illinois decision to address this issue, Ware et al. v. First Specialty Insurance Corp., 2012 IL App (1st) 113340, petition for review denied, No. 115612 (April 11, 2013).  Seth's article appeared in the IDC Quarterly (May 2013).
