As reported in our October 31 post, 3Form, Inc. filed a complaint in the Northern District of Georgia against Meridien Accents, Inc. alleging design patent infringement over certain decorative architectural walls.  On November 12, 2012, the parties filed a Stipulation for a Permanent Injunction indicating that they have agreed to settlement of the action and to entry of a permanent injunction.  The following day, Judge Batten entered the injunction, which prohibits Meridien Accents and any related companies or employees from "making, using, selling, offering for sale, or importing into the United States any and all decorative architectural panels that infringe the claim of United States Patent No. D621,068, including but not limited to, those products designated by Defendant as 'MA9002' and 'MA9054.'"
