In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the  Department of Justice (DOJ) regulate antitrust and trade-regulations laws. From guaranteeing market monopolization doesn’t polarize the market, to regulating ‘no-poach’ antitrust agreements between employers, there are many regulations that govern this area of law.
