Professional Biography

Zachary Sproull advises clients in connection with complex antitrust litigation and government investigations involving alleged monopolization, cartel conduct such as price fixing, market allocation and group boycotts. Zachary also defends clients in mergers & acquisitions challenged by federal, state and foreign competition authorities. Zachary has experience representing clients from a range of industries, including the financial services, consumer products, food and beverages and electronics sectors.

Zachary’s pro bono practice includes impacting litigation challenging unconstitutional solitary confinement policies in state prisons and representing clients petitioning for permanent resident status under the Violence Against Women Act. Additionally, Zachary previously served as a legal intern for the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Northeast Region.

During law school, Zachary served on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and was a constitutional law editor for the Fordham Moot Court Board.
